Recognitions Follow Launch of Cloud-Based Property Management/Accounting System

TOTOWA, N.J., April 28, 2016 – On the heels of releasing Imperium Powered by Acumatica, a new cloud-based property management and accounting system, Integrated Business Systems (IBS) of Totowa has earned two honors this spring. The boutique, employee-owned business technology solutions company was named the region’s top real estate technology firm in Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2015 and received a 2016 “Best of Totowa” award from its hometown.

IBS offers mission-critical IT products and services in three key areas: Property Management Software, Cloud ERP and Managed IT Services. IBS launched its legacy property management and accounting software in 1979, and the system has evolved based on changing customer needs and commensurate with technological advances. Today, its clients include more than 75 prominent New York/New Jersey area commercial and residential real estate owners and operators.

IBS partnered with Acumatica, a leading provider of cloud enterprise resource planning software, in 2015. Imperium Powered by Acumatica, developed jointly and released in early 2016, pairs IBS’s deep development history with Acumatica’s technologically advanced delivery platform. “This product is taking IBS forward in a way that will help existing and new clients embrace an increasingly mobile and interconnected world,” Mullin said.

In addition to the Acumatica development partnership, IBS also serves as a reseller for the company’s general accounting system. Acumatica is geared to small and mid-size businesses across a range of industries. It delivers a suite of fully integrated business management applications, such as financials, distribution, customer resource management, and project accounting, on a robust and flexible platform.
