The IBS Training and Consulting department is a team of dedicated professionals with diversified backgrounds in property management, accounting and systems who provide IBS training services to both new and existing customers.
The training is typically conducted at the client's office in either a one on one basis or in a class room setting. Training is also offered over the phone, via the internet or Web Ex.
The IBS trainers' goal is to ensure that clients maximize their use of the IBS System so that all aspects of their business is successfully automated. In addition to training new clients to use the IBS application, our training staff will routinely visit existing accounts to perform systems health checks and identify areas of better system usage so that customers can maximize their investment in IBS.
