IBS Training & Consulting
The IBS Training and Consulting department is a team of dedicated professionals with diversified backgrounds in property management, accounting and systems, who provide IBS training services to both new and existing customers. The trainers' goal is to ensure that clients maximize their use of the IBS System to successfully automate all aspects of their business. In addition to training new clients to use the IBS application, the training staff routinely visits existing accounts to perform systems health checks and identify areas of better system usage. IBS offers various training options:
- Client Office Training

IBS offers intensive training at the client's office in either a one-on-one basis or in a classroom setting. IBS will send one of our experienced trainers to your door for step by step training at an affordable price. IBS also offers discounted blocks of training hours to be used in a minimum of half day increments.
- Phone Training

IBS' inside trainers are always available for questions that do not require an onsite visit. They will walk you through the solution over the telephone or email step by step directions for you to follow.
- Internet or Web Ex Training

IBS' newest form of training is online via WebEx. In this unique environment, you will be able to view the trainer's screen online and speak directly with the trainer over the telephone to ask any questions. This is great for remote office training.
