EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHIES:

Robert Entin, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Robert Entin

Robert Entin, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, founded IBS with a vision of providing turnkey technology solutions for real estate enterprises. His technical expertise and passion for client service have powered IBS to become one of the acknowledged leaders in its industry. Widely recognized for his innovative real estate information solutions, Robert has published numerous articles in trade journals and is a frequently cited expert source on real estate technology and emerging trends.

Today, Robert continues to oversee all research and product development initiatives for IBS software and systems delivery. He heads a team including research and development computer scientists, implementation and training consultants, engineers, technicians, and administrative and support personnel. The entire team remains deeply committed to providing IBS users with the highest quality products and services.

Prior to the creation of IBS, Robert worked in facilities management, implementing computer hardware and software and on-line systems for a service bureau. He also worked as a computer software consultant for Fortune 500 companies. Robert earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

David Yavorsky, President
David Yavorsky

David Yavorsky, President, is responsible the day-to-day operations of the company, including marketing, sales, financial planning and staffing. David joined IBS in 2009 with an extensive background in the financial services industry, specifically in the mortgage and residential real estate sectors. He has held positions with several major financial institutions, and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in public administration.

Scott Donnelly, Director of Sales and Marketing
Scott Donnelly

Scott Donnelly is Director of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for managing the company's overall sales effort, servicing IBS' existing customers and developing new business relationships. Scott joined the company in 1989 and has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, accounting and automation. He holds a bachelor's degree in managerial accounting.

Jim Ortleb, Director of Systems Design
Jim Ortleb

Jim Ortleb is Director of Systems Design. He manages the customer care team, with responsibility for all product support issues. Jim is also responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of all field systems, as well as IBS' extensive research and development initiative for new products. He joined IBS in 1987 and holds a degree in computer engineering.

Margareta Holzli, Bookeeper and Office Manager
Margareta Holzli

Margareta Holzli, Bookeeper and Office Manager, oversees company accounting and IBS' administrative department. She joined the team in 1989 and has more than two decades of related experience. In her unique role, she is an active user of IBS 10.0i, the browser-based version of the firm's accounting software.

Mark Cloeren, Manager of Implementation
Mark Cloeren

Mark Cloeren, Manager of Implementation, is responsible for all day-to-day training operations at IBS. In addition to handling field-training issues and client customization requests, this includes supervising a staff of five, and scheduling trainers for system implementations. He also oversees the firm's three-person Windows Database team, handling daily operations and project management, as well as system implementations. Mark joined IBS in 1995. He earned a degree in education from Trenton State College.

Karen Rosenberg, Manager of Technical Support and Solutions
Karen Rosenberg

Karen Rosenberg is Manager of Technical Support and Solutions. She manages the Customer Service Department which handles inquiries, troubleshoots problems, and provides updates to customer systems. She joined IBS in 1988 and has a degree in computer science.

Allison DeMiro, WDB Manager
Allison DeMiro

Allison DeMiro, WDB Manager oversees IBS's Windows Database team, handling daily operations and project management. This includes managing the programming staff and interfacing directly with IBS users for support and business development. She joined IBS in 2001 and earned a degree in English and History from Vanderbilt University.

Hank Pazoga, Senior Java Programmer
Hank Pazoga

Hank Pazoga, Senior Java Programmer, mentors and oversees IBS's programming team efforts during the transition to Java programming technologies. He graduated from Dover Business College, where he studied computing and programming technologies as they relate to business information systems. Prior to joining IBS in 1999, Hank served in a variety of management roles in the hospitality industry.

Matthew Weber, Manager of Network Services
Matthew Weber

Matthew Weber, Manager of Network Services, oversees IBS's network engineering and support staff. His responsibilities include scheduling and implementing various networking projects for IBS users and other clients. Matt joined the firm in 2007 with several years of industry experience. He earned a degree in Computer Science from New Jersey City University.
