EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHIES:

Robert Entin, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Robert Entin

Robert founded IBS with a vision of providing turnkey technology solutions for real estate enterprises. His technical expertise and passion for client service have powered IBS to become one of the acknowledged leaders in its industry. Widely recognized for his innovative real estate information solutions, Robert today continues to oversee all research and product development initiatives for IBS’ software and systems delivery. At the same time, in a day-to-day capacity he serves as chief information officer of Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in the United States. Robert’s dual roles place him in the unique position of simultaneously being both supplier and customer. Robert has authored dozens of articles and frequently serves as an expert source on real estate technology and emerging trends. His deep experience includes a background in facilities management and IT consulting for Fortune 500 companies. He earned a degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Mullin, General Manager
Michael Mullin

Mike’s real estate technology career spans more than two decades, during which he consistently has delivered positive business outcomes for his clients, leveraging technology to improve operating results. Mike joined IBS in 2010 to align sales, marketing and professional services with the company’s strong regional success. His ultimate goal is to evolve IBS into a national player by supporting the firm’s existing customers and working to expand its client base. His deep experience enables him to balance the challenge of growing while continuing to enhance the level of service IBS users have come to expect. Mike’s previous positions focused on property operations, construction and accounting with high-profile industry organizations including Yardi Systems, First Advantage/Saferent and GEAC Computers. He has sat on the board of directors for the National Multi Housing Council and has held membership in the Supplier Council of the National Apartment Association. He attended Western Illinois University with a major in Business Administration.

Scott Donnelly, Director of Sales and Marketing
Scott Donnelly

Scott joined IBS in 1989 and has been instrumental in helping to more than double the company’s user base during his tenure. He is responsible for managing the company's overall sales effort, servicing IBS' existing customers and developing new business relationships. His proficiency in sales, customer relationship management and evolving technologies has been developed over a 30-year career in real estate automation that began at ADP, where he excelled as a general ledger specialist for the company’s suite of real estate products. However, his most distinguishing quality is an unyielding passion for the IBS product and clients. In 2006, he was named among Real Estate Weekly’s “Rising Stars.” Scott earned a degree in accounting from Pace University.

Margareta Holzli, Bookeeper and Office Manager
Margareta Holzli

Margareta oversees company accounting and IBS' administrative department. She joined the team in 1989 and has many additional years of related experience. Margareta has maintained impeccable organization at IBS through the past two decades as the company’s financial workings have become increasingly complex and its staff has expanded. At each critical juncture in the company’s growth, Margareta has taken on added responsibility and accountability with enthusiasm. In her unique role, she is an active user of IBS 10.0i, the browser-based version of the firm's software. Her efficiency and congeniality have earned her the respect of both the IBS client base and team.

Mark Cloeren, Manager of Implementation
Mark Cloeren

Mark joined IBS in 1995 and is responsible for all day-to-day training operations at IBS. In addition to handling field-training issues and client customization requests, he supervises a staff of five, and schedules trainers for system implementations. He also oversees the firm's Windows Database team, handling daily operations and project management, as well as system implementations. Mark’s analytic proficiency, and in-depth knowledge of accounting and software development processes position him with a unique skills set. This enables him to address complex projects with an understanding of both the business and the technology, and craft ideal solutions. He earned a degree in education from Trenton State College.

Karen Rosenberg, Manager of Technical Support and Solutions
Karen Rosenberg

Karen manages the IBS Customer Service Department, which handles inquiries, troubleshoots problems and provides updates to user systems. She joined IBS in 1988 as a programmer, and, as such, has an intimate knowledge of the system and how it functions. Her ability to quickly and accurately identify problems is unparalleled on the IBS team, as is her recall of how the system’s many parts fit together. This is especially impressive considering the many changes – in terms of technological sophistication and the integration of third-party products – associated with the more than two decades of progress that she has seen at IBS. Her expertise is widely respected. Karen has a degree in computer science.

Allison DeMiro, Project Manager & System Design
Allison DeMiro

Allison interfaces directly with IBS users in order to gather requirements for new programming development. She earned a degree in English and history from Vanderbilt University. Her liberal arts education, business and interpersonal skills, and programming proficiency make her a well-rounded professional and contribute to her career success at IBS. She joined the team in 2001.

Hank Pazoga, Manager of Programming
Hank Pazoga

Hank mentors and oversees IBS' programming team efforts during the transition to Java programming technologies. He graduated from Dover Business College, where he studied computing and programming technologies as they relate to business information systems. Hank’s technical skills are profound. He brings to the table a thorough and deep understanding of current developments in the market. In this respect, he is a great asset for IBS in maintaining the system’s legacy functionality while employing the most modern tools. Prior to joining IBS in 1999, Hank served in a variety of management roles in the hospitality industry.
