Robert Entin founded IBS in 1979 with a vision of providing turnkey technology solutions for real estate enterprises. His technical expertise and passion for client service have powered IBS to become one of the acknowledged leaders in its industry. Widely recognized for his innovative real estate information solutions, Mr. Entin has published numerous articles in trade journals and is a frequently cited expert source on real estate technology and emerging trends.

Today, Mr. Entin, as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, continues to oversee all research and product development initiatives for IBS software and systems delivery. He heads a team including research and development computer scientists, implementation and training consultants, engineers, technicians, and administrative and support personnel. The entire team remains deeply committed to providing IBS users with the highest quality products and services.

Prior to the creation of IBS, Mr. Entin worked in facilities management, implementing computer hardware and software and on-line systems for a service bureau. He also worked as a computer software consultant for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Entin earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

John Cross, President, leads the teams responsible for client management, training, implementation and customer support while ensuring the ongoing development and delivery of IBS's various products. John joined IBS in 2006, is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and his experience includes more than 20 years leading teams in operations, administration, customer service and program implementations in the finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and real estate industries, as well as being president of his own consulting company. John earned his degree in criminal justice from CW Post College.
Scott Donnelly is Director of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for managing the overall sales effort, servicing existing customers and developing new business relationships. Scott joined the company in 1989 and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, accounting and automation. He holds a bachelor's degree in managerial accounting.
Jim Ortleb is Director of Systems Design. He manages the customer care team, with responsibility for all product support issues. Jim is also responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of all field systems, as well as IBS' extensive research and development initiative for new products. He joined IBS in 1987 and holds a degree in computer engineering.
Mark Beiner, Director of Programming and Development, is responsible for managing the programming staff. This includes coordinating the assignment and development of programming for the basic IBS system as well as the custom systems installed at IBS client sites. He also assists in overall support of the IBS product. Mark joined IBS in 1996. He earned a degree in economics, with a minor in computer science, from Rutgers University.
EJ Liggieri Jr., Manager of Network Services, manages the network engineering and support staff, which includes scheduling and implementing various networking projects. E.J. has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Centenary College, graduated from The Chubb Institute where he was part of the Honors Program in Network Engineering and Data Communications, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also has a certificate in electrical engineering from the Metropolitan Technical Institute. Prior to joining IBS in 1988 E.J. owned a real estate appraisal company and was a partner in a software development company.
Mark Cloeren, Manager of Implementation, is responsible for all day-to-day training operations at IBS. In addition to handling field-training issues and client customization requests, this includes supervising a staff of five, and scheduling trainers for system implementations. He also oversees the firm's three-person Windows Database team, handling daily operations and project management, as well as system implementations. Mark joined IBS in 1995. He earned a degree in education from Trenton State College.
Karen Rosenberg is Manager of Technical Support and Solutions. She manages the Customer Service Department which handles inquiries, troubleshoots problems, and provides updates to customer systems. She joined IBS in 1988 and has a degree in computer science.
