More than 100 clients of Integrated Business Systems (IBS), a leading provider of automated property management and accounting systems, turned out for a Users Conference, held at Manhattan's Le Parker Meridien Hotel. Guests enjoyed socializing and networking during a celebratory reception following an in-depth product demonstration of the firm's Web-enabled software, now under development.
Based in Fairfield, New Jersey, IBS is recognized in the New York metropolitan area as a premier service provider. Its software, currently a network-based system with a 22-year development history, contains more than 1,700 programs that address virtually all property management, accounting and construction management tasks.
As the central component of this year's Users Conference, IBS President Robert Entin conducted a presentation of the firm's new, web-enabled product via the World Wide Web, showcasing the progress of this extraordinary project. Upon its completion, IBS will be able to deliver its system via an Intranet or via an Application Service Provider (ASP) model.
Users got a "sneak preview" of data lookup, manipulation and reporting capabilities for commercial and residential properties. According to Entin, his clients' enthusiasm and feedback during the demonstration not only validated the project, but also illustrated the successful partnership approach to doing business that has been key to IBS's continuing progress.
"Of all the IBS Users Conferences in our history, we waited for this year's gathering with the greatest anticipation," he said. "We were excited about sharing our progress. At the same time, during the coming months, we will roll out a truly progressive offering. We wanted and needed our clients' counsel as partners in the future of the IBS product."
POSITIVE FEEDBACK ALL AROUND
Beyond the web project, Entin said that the confirmation of users' continued satisfaction with their IBS service relationship was one of the most gratifying outcomes of the Users Conference. "When it comes to successfully providing critical, enterprise-wide accounting systems, delivering top-level service is just as important as the quality of the product," Entin said.
"The IBS system is arguably one of the most robust of its kind in the marketplace, providing unparalleled data integrity and reporting versatility," he continued. "And while we are passionate about our technology and keeping pace with advancements, we are equally passionate about our users. This customer-centered philosophy is what truly sets us apart from our competition, and our many long-term client relationships have become a company hallmark."
Entin founded IBS with the mission to provide true turnkey service solutions, and today the firm services an impressive roster of leading real estate organizations in the New York metropolitan area. Every aspect of delivery - from hardware and customized software, to extensive on-site training, to service, support and ongoing system updates - is provided with an extraordinary level of care.
